Scott Ashwood Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company that began trading in November 1984. At that time we employed four staff providing services to suburban firms of solicitors who did not have a presence in Sydney CBD. Since then we have grown into a true national operator with a diverse customer list.

We now have a staff of approximately 100 and a team of around 250 firms of solicitors & agents who are employed nationally. Scott Ashwood Pty Ltd pioneered outsourcing in Australia and continues to lead its competitors in this field. We currently manage approximately 200000 settlements annually around Australia.

We have a stable & experienced staff, many of whom have progressed through the company to key positions. This gives them a thorough understanding of the business & its focus on friendly yet professional service.

Company Milestones

1995

Scott Ashwood Pty Ltd became the first company in Australia to be employed as agents for the outsourcing of settlement services by any financial institution.

1999

Our first office outside Sydney was opened in Melbourne CBD in response to requests from existing clients to further assist expansion of services.

2004

Continuing our steady growth we opened offices in both Brisbane & Perth CBD's.

2005

Scott Ashwood Pty Ltd was awarded its first national contract.

Feb 2007

Operations commenced in the ACT when an opportunity arose to purchase an established business operating in Canberra City

May 2007

Our Gold Coast office was opened as demand for our services in that area grew
